Desde los repositorios
En una terminal ejecutar:
sudo su
add-apt-repository ppa:libreoffice/ppa
apt-get update
apt-get install libreoffice libreoffice-gnome libreoffice-l10n-es libreoffice-l10n-common libreoffice-help-es language-support-writing-es
